SABIN

Scottish Acquired Brain Injury Network

Welcome to the Scottish Acquired Brain Injury Network (SABIN), a national clinical network for the NHS in Scotland that was designated in 2006.  SABIN brings together clinicians, multi-disciplinary teams, charities, and patients representatives to encourage the sharing of expertise by those involved in the care of adults and children in Scotland with an acquired brain injury (ABI).

This website has been set up to provide information to NHS staff, and to people who have had an ABI, parents, carers, and anyone who has interest in the subject.

Documents on our publications list include current standards documents, as well as the previous service mapping exercise and best practice statements produced by the network.
